ya man. its preeeeeetty handy. hahah meganium didnt seem that awesome, so i went for the lvl100 bayleef. but my signatures are lucario and electivire, (cos i put a shitload of effort into training them, and their deffs my favs pokemon)

Rain Dance set up before Luvdisc sent out, Luvdisc moves first with Swift Swim and does what it does best: annoy.

Rain Dance has no effect under Rayquaza's Air Lock ability. Plus, it wouldn't even matter. Lucdisc would get OHKO'd by Extremespeed.
