Story Time!
When I was very young I was going to the lake of rage in Pokémon silver, I had just gotten back from healing my pokmon and paid off those rockets to go back and explore what I missed. This is where it gets really interesting, as I walked up a grassy patch I run into a wild Girafarig. The weird thing is was that it did that same thing as the Gyarados in that, it shined. My natural instinct was to catch it, and that I did. Just a minute after catching it I ran into yet another Girafarig, it wasn’t like the one I had caught. As I kept running into these Girafarigs, I thought to myself that mine was special in that it must have been like the Gyarados I caught at the lake of rage. So what I decided to do was breed this "Special" Girafarig (what in my mind what is was) with a regular female Girafarig. A few days later I finally had hatched the egg and arose my 6th and final Pokémon for my team. I named him Peter for some reason and sooner that I had thought I went into training him. With all of his training I went on to Victory road and the last thing I can humanly remember of this entire ordeal was that Peter was level 86 and I had not even beaten the elite four at the time.
And so ends my little story about how I raised a Pokémon, and my childish escapades as a Pokémon trainer. (Sad thing was, I never knew it was a shiny until recent discovery in that they do exist.)

it was funny because he was a empoleon and i remember breaking shit and complaining that the grass gym was so fucking hard to beat but it was kinda weird having a lvl 26 team with a lvl86 pokemon that was useless in the electric gym
