I just don't like their sound. I know they were revolutionary to music and all that, and I respect that. I simply don't like them though.

I just don't like them. It sounds like their singer has a mouth full of marbles (Weird Al reference), and their sound is just... Dirty. To me anyway.

be aware, opinion ahead:

Nirvana was a good grunge band, but they sure as hell were overrated.
Dave was def one of the best drummers at the time and kurt's timing was to kill for. But nevermind wasn't that good, in utero was better, and they only made a couple really good songs, if you're into really alternative grunge however, their first album was really good. But it might be too much for a lot of people

persoanally i found them alright but nothing special although my opinion is probably affected by the fact i had never heard of them till i was about 14

Yeah I ended up growing out of the wal mart classics into something that isn't worshipped by every 14 year old that went through his dads music collection.

I liked trance when I was younger. And when I was 6, I found this band called Slipknot and this other one called System of a down. And after that it evolved to something better and better.
