Does anybody else think that Black Sabbath aren't Metal? I like to think of them as really Hard Rock...

in terms of vocals maybe not but in terms of sound, yes

children of the grave is atleast 100% metal (cus its tuned in C)

its really the playings which decide if its metal or hard rock, like dragon force has light vocals but double bass and really distorted sound and with ACDC which is hard rock the sound is more brighter and rockish

i have no fucking clue but if it makes sense too you, but black sabbaths sound is really dark and heavy

I know Sabbath are dark and heavy, but when you hear songs like "Changes" you start to question their genre.
