ITT: Old dubstep? I'm getting tired of these new songs that are just random beeps and gay ass drops. VitalDubstep is the only youtube channel I use nowadays. (those guys upload dubstep, d&b and electro)

Well... I'm kind of looking into a different area of dubstep as we speak.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtpNAxldqzw - Fugue State - Nero: This is my jam right now.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=tU0E__TB5g8 Scorpions - Nero: not really dubstep. It's like a trance/dubstep hybrid. It has the dubstep bass and bounce, but is way more trippy and calm, and the bass is very subdued.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpksyojwqzE Boneless - IBenji: A trippy jazz/dubstep hybrid. Some amazing sax in there.

Also, why do you listen to music on YouTube?

It's a simple, easy place to find new stuff. I general just click around certain channels, make a note of what I find, and then move on to more reliable places. It's good for discovering music, especially in the dubstep area because there are a lot of good artists who put things up that have trouble getting noticed in an area that is already hard to find in America. Have you ever tried to find consistently good new dubstep? It's fuckin hard if you don't know where to look.

I don't really listen to dubstep, and have heard about everyone artist I currently listen to by mentions in other artists songs and what not...
