Bill Ward, Cozy Powell, Mitch Mitchell, Keith Moon, John Bonham, Neil Peart, Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, Vinny and Carmine Appice, Ian Paice, Bobby Rondanelli, Nicko McBrain (and the drummer who proceeded him--I can't remember his name), Ginger Baker, Simon Wright, and so many others that I can't list off the top of my head at the moment.

Nothing wrong with still learning, hell I've been playing for over 3 years now and there's still stuff out there I don't know how to do.

but my parents were like "FUCK THIS SHIT" and they gave it back.
now my friend has a kit so i'm kinda trying to learn on that

My mom is the one who always complains, and she's a work-at-home mom. Kind of sucks.

Yeah that does suck. That's how one of my friend's parents is, he drums as well and she just can't stand it when he's practicing or playing with his band or something, she's a stay-at-home mom so she really has nowhere to go.

She's one of those "METAL IS SATANIC AH STOP YOU DEVIL WORSHIPPER" people too, so i can't play music without headphones
can't wait until my brother starts school and she goes back to normal work

As I Lay Dying exist, proves all those claims invalid as these bands are all Christian.
