I know this won't be a very popular opinion, but if Blythe actually did push the kid off the stage and the guy died, well, he kind of deserves to serve the sentence. I know he never intended to kill the guy, but that's why it's manslaughter and not murder. The kid did rush the stage and needed dealt with, but the right thing to do would have been to let security deal with him instead of push him off the stage, or even if he'd tackled him to the ground instead. I know it is a tonne of bullshit, but it did possibly happen and sadly someone has died due to Randy's actions (I don't know every bit of detail of the incident, so i won't out and out say it was Randy, the kid could have fell of the stage for all i know, I'm just going by what illegibly happened according to media.) If this is Randy's fault, then he shouldn't get out of it just because he's in Lamb of God.

He didn't get out just because he's in Lamb of God... On the other hand, he WAS able to pay his bail because he is Lamb of God. There were a bunch of circumstances that need to be taken into account. Why didn't the guards chuck the kid out the first time, if not the first time, why not the second? It's a fuckin metal concert, the kid probably hope randy would have tackled him and punched him in the face, lol.

It's just all unfortunate.

Well, there is a video of him pushing the Kid off of the stage. So it kind of proves that he did it. Whither or not it was the injuries from the fall that killed him, I don't know, he could have been trampled in a mosh pit when he landed, in which case that's not really Randy's fault, but the careless fucks who crushed him. Like you say, the kid should have been thrown out after the second time. But I doubt the security would remember one kids particular face. Obviously its unfortunate that it happened to the kid, no one intended for him to die, but if it's Randy's fault, well he kind of has to face the consequences.

From the looks of that video, he wasn't the only one who shoved him.

From what I see, Randy is the one that actually pushes the kid whilst a Security guy comes up behind Randy to help push the kid off, If he makes contact with the Kid then it's just barely. This only proves Randy pushed the kid off the stage. There is no proof that says the kid broke his neck falling off the stage. I actually really doubt a 3 foot fall is what killed him or even broke his neck. I'd put my money on it being him getting trampled in the crowd, if his neck got broken it's because someone stamped on his neck whilst he was on the ground.
