a) Black Sabbath, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones and The Who are some of these Bands that are no matter of opinion or personal taste, one step higher than most music, simply seen from there Status of fame. Similar to Led Zeppelin, Michael Jackson, etc. You can dislike them, but you can´t say that they don´t have that fame.
b) The other bands could be considered Dadrock, while Dragonforce is modern stuff.
c) Those Bands are awesome and Dragonforce is a shitty band for edgy teens, heavily relying on studio works (not bad at all, there are many that do so, but at least those don´t try hatching fame for simply playing fast) and are shitty on stage. c) is a matterof Opinions, though.

pff entry metal...yeah nightwish might be that for some people but the most general is iron maiden, judas priest, black sabbath and such classic metal not bad just played in chorus and is downright neat.

advance is when ur threading into shallow water going into sub genre's like, black metal death metal, its not like you show a fan of ACDC the first song into black metal Mayhem - Wall of water, but then again there is no place to start in black metal i just listened to Dee mysteriis and i got blown away but some metal genres are hard to get.

i started listening to metallica i thought it sucked and were to raw and angry but i gave it some tries and it was freaking awesome, then judas priest, then iron maiden, then pantera, then death then Mayhem and the circle was complete, no such thing as advance meta reallyl, just need experienced ears

Oh, that is very hard to explain. But the hardest to perform might be Speed metal variants, although they sound rather meh to my ears.

I've always been a fan of heavy melodic music in all possible genres, so due to that I have a hard on for a lot of Power Metal (Rhapsody of Fire and Elvenking for instance), some Melodeath (Amon Amarth is probably the only one I listen to per today tho) and some variants of Extreme metal.
Lately I've taken a huuuuge fancy to Progressive metal (and rock for that matter), and dayum... Leprous is awesome.

It isn't really easy to say what's advanced level, as it completely depends on what you mean with advanced.

Heaven shall burn and Callejon are some pretty damn good core-bands from Germany. Try Endzeit, Black Tears and Counterweight by HSB and Zombiefied, Tanz der Teufel and ...und wenn der Schnee by Callejon, those are amazing songs.
