it is sad that this is probably true.

But i still think that person is normal and who thinks "N.P. soon there will be someone who stops" is lame.

If 1/100 would stop and 99/100 wouldn't it doesn't mean to me 1/100 is good and 99/100 are normal, to me it means 1/100 is normal and 99/100 are lame.

That's saying that the 1% are the norm and the 99% are not, which is just wrong. You might not like it and you might be the 1% I'm not saying your not but the truth is in that situation the majority of people would do nothing making that the norm.
