What I actually do in the Canadian Army

You probably never realized, but a lot of ranges are operated by personnel in a bunker referred to as "The Butts". On word of command you lift Figure 11's or 12's targets by pulley or hand depending on command specified. That's me, holding a target while 5.56 rounds fly a few feet above my head.

Dude, I'm a US veteran, and I served with some Canucks. You guys are legit. Which is why I am amazed that they don't have electronically controlled targets! :(
