Mongoose XR200 is a very versatile mountain bike.

Im not hating on it. DH (Down hill) biking is awesome. However Mongoose, is a low quality bike company. THey usally come with lower quality parts. If you are on a budget, new to MTB/ DH Biking, or looking for somthing to simply tool around on it is indeed a good buy. Mid class DH biking you might want to look into an Iron Horse. They are not to exspensive and are really great bang for the buck. I have a few friends ride them and say only good things about them. I have even considered buying one.
