Y r Amercans so proud?

I'm not proud to be an American. Not anymore. I was when we had intelligent people, and things on TV actually made sense. Now I'm just glad I live closer to Mexico than everywhere else. I don't speak a word of Spanish and the Mexican channels make more sense than most of this new shit. And the Mexicans (I refuse to call someone from Mexico "hispanic") who speak English enough to carry on a conversation are actually quite intelligent, kind-hearted folks. Better than most of the natural-born Americans I see anywhere. Also, old Americans come up with shit like Fallout, Half-Life, The Hunt for the Red October (the book, not the movie), see where I'm going with this?
