Men, some of us might hate each other, some might be friends, but if this might be the end...it will also be a new beginning, we might not accept this change...I know I won't...but I will say this...It's been more then an honor browsing with all you men and women...It's been a privilege...May we stand together as not enemies...But as brothers and sisters of the internet as it's time might come to a close...I'll miss the websites such as this, 4Chan, Youtube, damn it even 9.Gag, especially the one that has fallen, Megaupload...Damn it all...just damn it all to hell if it happens...

R.I.P Wallace Hartley
After the Titanic hit an iceberg and began to sink, Hartley and his fellow band members started playing music to help keep the passengers calm as the crew loaded the lifeboats. Many of the survivors said that he and the band continued to play until the very end. None of the band members survived the sinking and the story of them playing to the end became a popular legend. Hartley exclaimed, "Gentlemen, I bid you farewell!" A newspaper at the time reported "the part played by the orchestra on board the Titanic in her last dreadful moments will rank among the noblest in the annals of heroism at sea."
Where is this mans medal!

9 Gag should have been the guy who tried to get on the lifeboat before the women and children.

Actually, this was the perfect metaphor for FJ, shitty site we should ignore, 4chan and the rest. These sites are very much like the musicians of the ship; they were there for our entertainment, and while many didn't know of them while they were here, the few who got to experience their presence will miss them when they're gone, because they had influenced our lives in a small, but meaningful way...
My fellow interneteers, FunnyJunk and shitty site we should ignore alike,
It has been a privilege playing with you.

Lol, remember when people used to be scared of Sopa?
That was, like, months ago.
Still one of my favorite posts on this site.
