Why I hate Soccer

American football is a man's sport. Soccer is a theatrical conditioning event.

American Football is 3 seconds of playtime followed by a minute of standing around having the coach tell you what to do next. You all want a real sport, play waterpolo.

water polo is exhausting one of the hardest sports in the world. Football is short periods of massive men smashing into each other as hard as they can over and over again. I respect all sports.... except soccer. I respect golf and bowling as more of a sport than soccer.

You're right. I'd much rather watch guys kick a ball around for 12 hours and most likely have neither team score than watch strong, fast, and brutal guys beat the shit out of each other and score a lot of points with strategic plays. Plus your point is great. Just because the majority likes something it must be great because the common person is just so brilliant and has such good taste

there not really beating the shit out of each other, i watch ufc for that , and football, or soccer is more strategic that what you would call football and its a hell of a lot faster paced and if it wasn't the best sport it would 't have the most fans. iv got nothing against american football but u seem to have a real childish grudge against "soccer".

I've played soccer, watched soccer (ex girlfriend played in high school), and watch the world cup every time it comes around. Ghana beat the united states by have players pretend to be fatally injured and taken off the field on stretchers, then they would proceed to jump off of them run to their coach and get back in the game in order to waste time. In any sport where that is allowed that is no childish grudge. That is a pathetic sport

I will, Soccer is soooo overrated it is quite funny. But hey all you need is a ball, open field, and two goals and any poor ass person can play. However I wouldn't understand the intricacies of running up and down a field for hours never scoring and pretending to get hurt. American football is such an inferior sport because less people play it. Yeah right, rugby is a much better sport than soccer.

yes, but it is the way soccer is set up that allows for that to be an option for players. If there was contact allowed in soccer then those flopping little bitches would just get laughed at for their douchery.

Yes, and flopping is the reason why I will never respect soccer. When i played soccer no one flopped, but at the professional level they have become pussies about it.

its true sadly. indoor soccer on the other hand has a lot less flopping and there r even some with 3 on 3 which is even smaller. idk how they dribble the ball so fast in there
