Why is everyone applauding the guy? Screaming profanities at someone who is just trying to do their job isn't exactly heroic. He obviously has some major anger/alcohol issues. Yeah, telemarketers are annoying, but that's no excuse to lose it like that.

I used to get inbound at the call center where I worked. I had people talk to me this way. I would listen to it for about a minute and put them on hold. That made them even more pissed off.

sad thing is that the guy is just reacting to the state of telco's in the UK. I would say that public flogging of a couple of decisionmakers would be the quickest way forward
