about 1.66" or 166 caliber and would not be available in shoulder fired versions as they are considered punt guns. I have designed a shoulder fired a-gauge shotgun but it would have unimaginable recoil. put it this way. when mounted on a boat it'll send the boat back about 10 ft. imagine how strong you'd have to be to fire that. it would weigh about 50-60lbs
