BTW, the rate of drop of it is like every 36 hours in the afternoon of America (west coast). Try at that time.

i got 3 yesterday. got the other 5 through trades. so i dunno how much i believe that. they tend to drop when a lot of other souls are dropping too i feel. or i may have just gotten lucky

when its slow sometimes you can snag multiples by retrying. I got 2 souls from 1 drop :)
