That's not "Fallout 3," it's just a nuclear bomb going off. For Fallout 3 to happen we would need to retroactively change the course of human history so that 50's culture stays relevant, annex Canada, and enter a Cold War with the Chinese which leads to the building of numerous bunkers, or 'Vaults,' most of which are experimental in nature and intended for social research instead of actual survival, while our government's real plan to save humanity is to send important persons into space.
