UAV operator here, even though i fly the bigger ones.

his toss was good, the one on the controls did not have neutral pitch or full throttle.
there was a slight right roll right after it left his hand but i can tell if that was due to the controller or improper toss but that does not matter it could've easily been corrected if the controller have done his job correctly.

Sorry i meant "can't" crappy keyboard, also now that i look at it it seems there was a sudden pitch down applied, maybe the servos were plugged in backwards and when issued a pitch up it reversed the command and pitched down...
