I have lived off of pasta for 43 days straight with nothing on but salt, bc poorfag. Now I know, why my butthole feels so tense and loose on the same time.
Especially when I'm high, I feel like shit could fall out of my butthole every second. Do you know how uncofortable it is to clench for several hours straight?

or you could just eat half the calories you should, e.g. a woman needs 2500, if you eat 1500 a day you'll lose weight. pretty fast actually.

If this is meant to be taken as serious advice, it's terrible advice. People should forget all the weight loss gimmicks and diets, weight is lost through calories intake vs. calories burned. if you burn 3000 a day, eat 2500 and you'll lose a pound a week. all the gimmicks and excuses are just that.

Okay, if you, as a person, really want to lose weight, here's what you do:

You workout. You workout to lose weight.

There is no "Quick, easy, simple!" way to lose weight. All of it takes hard work and sacrifice, but here, I'm gonna give you some advice on how to really cut down

If you don't workout, stop eating grains. They're great for carbs and energy, but if you don't DO anything with them they turn straight to calories.

If you don't workout, cut down on dairy. They're just full of fat, absolutely full of it.

No junk food. Obviously

Lots and lots of water/liquids

Do lots of cardio (running, swimming, ect.) if you want to lose weight, and lifting wights if you want to bulk and put on muscle. Lifting heavier weights gives you larger muscles, lifting lighter weights a LOT gives you muscle definition. So it's like Big muscles v.s. dense muscles.

If you want to gain muscles, eat as much as you want. Gaining a lot of muscle without putting on a lot of fat quickly is evidence of steroid abuse
