They would be more visible, but unless predators know how to use flashlights to find reflecting reindeer antlers they're still pretty well camouflaged in the woods, and most predators already have great night vision so I don't that alot reindeers are eaten more than normally by the predators than saved from traffic. And people care more about the human lifes that are saved now there are less traffic accidents then they care about reindeers, so basically they just don't care that predators can find them more easily until their species is endangered
