Way too many times do I see "I'm a brony and I thought this was funny!" or "As a brony..."
brony in this sense can be interchangeable with so many titles/labels. You don't need to draw attention to the fact that you are something to state an opinion. What side you are on shouldn't mean shit if you make sense.
