How?
Did she go vegan before even eating soy?
Has she been so dense she couldn't tell she was having allergic reactions to her meals?

It is possible to develop an allergy to things later in life. It is also possible that the allergic reaction was so minimal that she didn't notice until after she became a vegan.

I'm a vegan. Soy is disgusting it tastes like **** . All the vegan products for "replacing" non vegan food tend to taste like assballs. Also soy is probably more environmentally damaging in the 3rd world than it is elsewhere. How? They cut down the rainforest to grow something that tastes like someone 5 month unwashed vagina.

Ik a "vegan" that eats eggs, fried chicken, drinks her coffee with milk and she tries to find a way to make sure in every conversation she mentions that she is a vegan

You're just saying OH HEY THATS NOT IRONY because awhile a back of a ton of people realized they were using it wrong and felt the need to say everything everywhere wasn't actually irony. This is actually irony.

Irony is when you would normally expected the opposite of what is true to be true, this is irony because you would expect a vegan to enjoy soy quite frequently however she is allergic and didn't know that so chances are she never actually had real soy.
It meets all the prerequisites of irony, stop trying to jump on a bandwagon that's been dead for a year.

mfw going vegan is actually impossible for me, since i'm allergic/intolerant to literally every vegan source of protein

Your other excuse could be "I would be a vegan, but I was born with a y chromosome and I have this damned pair of testicles between my legs."

My brother's girlfriend drinks Soy. I usually get, like, 5 cartons of fruit juice from Wal-Mart because the stuff is so good and I accidentally drank the Soy milk, thinking it was forest fruits. Man, was that a mistake.

What about the fact that Subway's slogan is "Eat Fresh" and that Taco Bell's is "Live Màs?" Now that's irony.
#88 to #86 - landerp (04/06/2014) [-]
Subway's food is **** quality, covered in chemicals and preservatives, and is in no way "fresh", while Taco Bell also serves **** quality food filled with God know's what and if anything their slogan should be "Live Menos." I think McDonald's realized this which is why their new slogan is "Think with Your Mouth" and not "We Serve Quality Food."

I still eat fast food from time to time, but after finding out that most fast food places would sacrifice food quality to increase profits I am a lot more skeptical about what I eat. Pic related, is how Taco Bell packages and ships its "meat."

Heavy exposure to allergens can cause you to develop or worsen allergies. Get stung enough times and bees -will- start giving you anaphylaxis . Eat kiwis all the ******* time, one day that latex condom is gonna ****** ruin your day. Soy's no different.

But no great loss: soy tastes like used underwear and cement, and is only one of -many- alternative foods available now. I'm not a vegan or anything, but I drink almond milk and use coconut butter because they're ******* delicious.

It's true. There was a "program" to put on weight going around on some bodybuilding forums called "GOMAD", where you drink a Gallon Of Milk A Day.

More than a few people ended up with some degree of lactose intolerance.

I'm not a vegan myself but i think it's good we have them.

Stop the hate, they aren't excactly forcing you to follow their way.

How do you know when someone is a vegan?
Dont worry!
They will tell you.
