who else cried when ash dies in the pokemon movie?
K so here's the story with ash's dad (or at least the best guess):
There's a huge suspicion that all the grown men in Kanto are away at war. This is for a couple reasons. 1. Most adults you meet are women, or older men, or people who are in school, study, scientists, etc. 2. Lt. Surge, he talks about the army and how he was in the war but he came home.
The other suspicion is that Ash's dad might one narrating in the show.
