i could. but the only reason i made it in the first place was because i had all the materials on hand in my physics class. i dont have rubber bands or unsharpened pencils atm. or hot glue... rubber bands don't keep it very stiff so hot glue helped alot

I did that once, but i changed the design a little bit. I cut one rubber band in half and secured it to the side of the hollow pen. worked great
