more than 1 person dies in first blood. the pilot and the cop in the scene where the helicopter is hovering in the cavern. thats 2! and there's plenty more when the cops are searching the wooded area and rambo has set up traps. so thats like 5 more! total of 7! and thats only the ones i can think of off the top of my head.

Rambo did sent up the traps but never killed them, if u really paid attention to the movie then u would notice that the wounds were not fatal only painful. so u can suck it
