This is kind of a pointless argument. In every country in the world there are bad, stupid, fat idiots. That demotivational poster is just a joke running off a stereotype. Are all Irish drunks? Are all black people athletic? is everyone from Afghanistan a terrorist? No. The U.S does have a bad reputation, But we do a lot to help others and we don't always get recognized. Our military is among the strongest and the majority of the time its not being used for war, its being used for relieve efforts for disasters all over the world, and protecting countries that aren't strong enough yet to have a strong military. I am an United States citizen and I serve in the United States National Guard.

A Canadian solder and a U.S. soldier may be of equal ability as each other but it all depends on how good their training was and what type of training they had (ex. a trained sniper may be better than a rifleman in certain situations and vice versa) Also, there simply not enough Canadian soldiers to rival the United States military. Besides we would stop selling our guns to you. which would give the edge to the United States. so Canadian soldiers would have trouble competing against a U.S. soldier. but seriously, we are allies, why do we argue who's country would win in a war if we would be fighting on the same side.

The U.S. makes a lot of the guns that the Canadians use, and even more of the guns that they made are from U.S. designs. If Canada invaded us, they would run out of guns. And also, Canada doesn't have a population suitable for a full scale invasion of a country of the size of the United States. Yes, Canada is about the same size as the United States. But Canada does not have as many able soldiers.
