... It does. I remember back when I was around that age and I went into the mountains in the winter, it would be cold as hell. One of the things that I noticed... my peepee shrunk. Scared the fuck out of me, I thought it was falling off.

It's not a hole in his theory. He said it wouldn't effect it much, because of its already small size, the shrinking wouldn't induce too much of a noticeable effect.

Maybe not to an adult, but from the child's point of view; I'm pretty sure the difference is quite apparent. It grows with you, so it seems the same size to you your whole life because its a pee pee to body scale.
