They follow something where they willingly accept a tyrant, "worship me or burn forever, P.S. I love you". Even if I cant convince a person of the logic that believing an invisible man lives in the sky that plotted your misery is insane, think of this... Why follow something that is constantly putting you down yet created you with what he put you down for. He is all good and loving yet allows his chosen to commit incest, rape, murder, theft. Also he lets his most loyal "servant" be tortured by killing his entire family and taking everything he has in the name of his own pride to prove to the devil hes that awesome. Oh and to prove to himself that he is that awesome he asks his servant to sacrifice his only child to him. YET HE KNOWS ALL!!

Document yourself. If you study the Bible historically objectively and the true message of it u will see that u are mistakend with ur words.
Plus, think about this: why follow what the Bible says? it saves u from some pretty bad trouble, if u analize everything of how a "real christian life is lived" u will know that christians live a pleasant, happy and in peace life.
Then again u must get close to the Bible to have the experience and undderstand it. Dont judge something u have not yet experienced. Its my advice to you :) And If you are going to make a comment, dont be anonymous, be yourself ;)

You are manipulating the bible content to look the worst possible. His servant didn't have to sacrifice his son and I suppose God wanted to show Abraham that he doesn't want children sacrifices. Some paganism religions all around were practicing children sacrifices, but Israeli didn't. Unless they were worshipping other gods.

Which Pagan traditions were practicing child sacrifice? If you're going to make such an inflammatory claim out of the blue I'm sure you can give specifics... right? Also, you never told us why the poster above is a liar; you made a vague statement about manipulating the bible, but never gave an specific reason (besides opinion and speculation) that anything said was actually a lie. And by the way, if you're going to slur a religion you should learn to use the terminology correctly; Paganism is a noun, so there is no such thing as a :paganism religion." You may have been thinking of "paganistic religion," no?
