Yes, but you can still walk. As long as you have legs to move in specific directions and the rest of your foot to cushion, grip, and help balance yourself you can walk. In fact, you don't need ANY of your toes to be able to walk. It would just be incredibly awkward for a long while.

oh em gee.i found a toe in my hot dog once.then again they have expired milk there...so i guess its just part of the recipe.:(
