Have you ever seen a bumble bee sleeping? Yes, they sleep and they won't move, you can even hold them and move them around. Also when they wake up they're disoriented if you moved them, it's funny. So it wouldn't be too hard to attach some bees

Another fun thing to do indoors or outdoors is to catch a large fly, tie fine cotton thread or (long human hair) around it's neck and attach the other end of the thread/hair to a very small paper airplane made from tissue paper (wingspan 2" max) realease the fly and it will tow the paper plane around. Outdoors this is extra amusing beacause the fly and thread are virtually impossible to see in flight, creating the illusion that the plane itself is "powered".
