#167 is right. Do the math:
2112/160,000 = x/100,000 (cross multiply)
2112 x 100,000 = 211,200,000
160,000 x (x) = 160,000x......that gives you
211,200,000 = 160,000x
divide by 160,000
1320 = x......so 1320 per 100,000.
note: the / sign means over. Like in a fraction.
