These are the old FunnyJunk colors, but i understand because its hard to get creative with grey, black and purple. Well hold on, i guess there is a little green here, i just noticed...

that's pretty much it - 'belly laughs' - "Come to funnyjunk and let Boo-Boo give you a Belly Laugh"...for instance. Also, the smaller it is (and with web icons etc, it's likely to be small) the more it resembles a face (with hands n feet) and so it lends itself well to different expressions/moods etc - I'll stop before I get too waffly....
