Lol, we did this all the time in my home town in the Irrigation ditches. If it rained a lot, we cold ski on the side of the road cause the ditches would overflow and flood.

Not shopped. The side of the road they are on is the pull off area. This happens all the time in Oregon and Washington. The road is "Crowned" on purpose, to run off to one side.
