One day I received a letter
The otherday I we ht up to a local Christian bookstore and saw a "hank if you laye Jesus ll bumper
sticker. I was feeling pa my sassy that day because I had just co me from a thrilling choir
performance, followed by a thunderous prayer meeting, sol sticker and put it on my
bumper. My, I' m glad I did! What an uplifting experience followed! laas stopped at a red light at a busy
intersection, just lost in thought about the Lord end how good He is and I didn' t notice that the light had
changed. it Is a good thing so me one else be cause if he hadn' t home d, I' d

While I was sitting there, the guy behind sta raed honking like crazy, and then he leaned out of his
window and screamed, ""Forthe have of G OD! GO.! GO l Jesus Christ, GO! girl What an exuberant
cheerleader he was i one sus l Everyone started honking! I just leaned out of my window and started
waving and smiling at all these loving people. l mien conused my horn a few pimento share in the love!
There must haye been a man from Florida back there because I heard him yelling something about a
sunny beach "". I saw another guy a funny way with only his middle finger stuck up in the
air, I ask ed meteen age grandson in the be ck at whatwhat meant, he said that it was probably a
Hawaiian good luck sign or something.
Well, We he yer met anyone from Hawaii, so I leaned out the window and gave him the good Its ck sign
back. My grandson burst out laughing. He was religious expe tie me. too! A couple of the
people were so caught up in the joy of the moment aether got out of their cars and sta raed walking
towards me, I bet my wanted to pray or ask what church I aha rude d, but this is when! noticed the light
had changed. Son waved to all my sisters and brothers grinning, and drove on I' D ugh the inte csection.
I noticed I was the only car that got through the intersection before the light changed again and I felt
kind of sad that i had to aye them after all the love we had shared, so I slowed the car down, leaned
out ofthe window and gave them all the Hawaiian good luck sigh one last time as I drove away. Praise
the Lord for such '
