I could easily see this happening to KPA soldiers, or anybody else in North Korea... but not those in China. Anywhere outside of the DPRK, actually. Only Kim Jong-il or Kim il-Sung is moronic enough to think of something like this...

any1 ever thought of paint...some1 could have found that picture and then made those needles...plus i dont think needles are white...the mostly sliver and no it isnt shiny some1 used paint to do that or photo shop

couldnt that guy just take the needles out?? he does have hands...right? maybe americans should have stuff like that, chinease are more intelligant..and care more about things..im sure that guy wouldnt even need the needles to keep him disciplined...
