that's nasty, you must have a high metabolism or something, I just bike(which keeps me tone). but I never go to the gym, so I just stay tone and get no muscle mass.

actually, i used to weigh a lot more, but recently i got sick to the point where i couldnt eat without puking and lost a ******* of weight.

That means you probably have not much muscle mass either, or toneness(I guess that's the right word for it); therefore, you probably look like a skeleton. Which, no offence, is gross.

Yeah, but those things don't account for muscle mass. I hate them because I'm almost the same weight and height as this dude, and it says I'm overweight but I'm not I just work out a lot. Might be the same case for him.

if you are only 14 it is unhealthy to work out seriously so you should lose some muscle if you are that weight

Well I'm 16, and like 6'2" or 6'3" 220 lbs (probably a bit more though it's been a while since I weighed myself). It's not unhealthy to work out when you're that age. It's only unhealthy if you do it excessively.

and if your that heavy at that age, your either working out **** loads or are over weight. i doubt you'd be that 'massive' at 16.

I bench around 270 or 280, but I could stand to lose a little weight. I have bit of flab around my stomach, and I've been working on that over the summer. I've always been naturally big and had that little extra weight, but I do actually have quite a bit of muscle mass; I'm definitely not obese. Even if you don't believe me that's cool because a lot of people try to sound cooler than they are over the internet, so I can understand why you'd be skeptical. But honestly I don't give two ***** if you believe me.
