Hulu/Google and then pause the video where you want, then prt sc. it and paste into Paint. Then srop it to where it only shows the part you want. Then copy that and paste into new paint doc. Use the new one for the actual series of pictures and the old one for the old pictures.

print screen is a button at the top of your keyboard next to scroll lock, to the left of all the F_ buttons, it says Prt Scr
