meinl=cheap low quality alloys. although i do like the china's since they are so cheap, and i only need to replace it about every few months.

i like to mix the types,18" AA Chinese, 8" HH China Kang, 14" AAX hi-hats, 17" HH thin crash, 12" AAX splash, 18" AA medium thin crash,8" AAX splash,
10" HH China Kang sitting on top of a 10" AAX splash
18" AA medium crash, 22" HH rock ride, 19" HH medium thin crash, 13" AA Rock hi-hats, 6" AAX splash on top of a 6" LP Icebell, 12" AA mini Chinese on top of a 14" Jack DeJohnette Encore crash, and a 20" HH thin Chinese took me about 20 years to add them all into my kit

very, very nice. HH are my favorite series by them. I have 14" Zildjian Prototype Hats, (Meinl from here on)18" Soundcaster Fusion Medium Crash, 18" MB20 Heavy Crash, 19" MB10 Medium Crash, 20" MB20 Heavy Crash, 21" Byzance Serpent Ride, and a 24" MB20 Pure Metal Ride. I've been thinking about getting some 14" Soundcaster Medium Hats and a couple of splashes for awhile. Also been looking at a high-end Mapex kit too.
