Bush was **** , but he didn't **** the country up. Someone else gave him the power. Obama's a great guy - but I don't agree with his policies. Someone else is the source of his power.
Congress is the power. Congress is the bad guy - Not Bush, Not Obama.

When it was Republican controlled - Bush went nuts ... then it flipped. When we had a balance between Congress and the President - it wasn't that bad.
