It was quite possibly the funniest website out there in the beginning. Too bad it was before some of these current members were born. Far before they could remember at the very least. I wish I could meet the guy that made the very original one. He was a true hero.

the main difference, is that the new funnyjunk is user based. the old one had no users and no thumbs. and if i remember right, nobody could upload content except whoever was running the site and their staff.
