1. That is a picture of him. It's a training exercise though.
2. After a squad assault a camp guarded by the SS, he walked home.
3. After fighting in Dunkirk, he joined the commandos, and led the No. 3 squad in Operation Archery.
4. He used all three multiple times.
5. That was when he was playing bagpipes, but even if he wasn't they would've all died. He was captured after he was knocked out, leading to #2.

Jack Churchill was born in Hong Kong to British parents. However, his parents WERE from England, not Scotland. Oxfordshire in fact. He was not Scottish but had an admiration for their culture.
