I am an atheist and even I know that Adam and Eve had multiple sons and daughters, and the laws against incest were not created until a good time later, as was the reason for the rule. Adam and Eve were perfect, no genetic abnormalities, and so for the first few generations there was no worry of deformations or other issues from incest. Again, I am an atheist, I just know how to read.
Have you read Genesis? The order of creation outlined there is strikingly similar to the order of evolution of life. The only major difference is the length of time, but nowhere in the bible (sorry bible) does it say what clock or calendar God was using. So for me the length of time is immaterial.
You are taking two extremely different things and trying to say they aren't that different for the fact that there is similarities.
No lets not take fruit out of it because what you are saying is a dumb as trying to compare fruit.
you are saying just because the order things happens is similar they aren't that different that's retarded.
To make a coffee table and to make a china cabinet that processes starts exactly the same way the only major difference is the time that it take. That doesn't make then similar .
You seem to be slightly misinformed. We are all related to this genetic "Adam" but he was not the first human being to ever live nor the only human alive during his time. He just had a lot of children who gradually spread their DNA throughout the population.
According to scientists all organic matter just suddenly appeared and the fact that the earth is perfectly positioned so that it can sustain life and that we are so intelligent in a universe filled with chaos, stars blowing up every few seconds and stars that could make Sol seem like a candle light by comparison.
Think about that.Take all the time you need.
Bible is still MOSTLY ******** these days.Too many people ****** with it to suit their own needs.
or you could look at it like, earth was roughly positioned so that it could support life, everything else came from that? as far as how life began, no one knows for certain yet however there are several theories (with experiments proving that they at least work in labs) which posit that using the right materials (all of which would be present at the formation of the earth) and exposed to some sort of stimuli (radiation, heat, lightning etc) these transform into organic compounds including amino acids (the stuff which makes up dna). after that the process of single cellular life went on for another few billion years (billions of years, plural) before eventually multicellular organisms emerged. from there we came into being.
According to the bible when Kane (Their son, I forgot his name) went to the town he found a town of people, meaning that although Adam and Eve were the first, he made more.
They did have two sons. Along with a ******** of daughters, and a ******* of more sons. why does google chrom say ******** is spelled right, but ******* is wrong?
I'm not religious but I've read part of the Bible, and in Genesis, God creates mankind during the first 7 days. After he rests, he forms Adam out of dust, places him in Eden, then forms Eve from one of his ribs. So according to the Bible, Adam and Eve were not the only people on Earth. Rather, they were the sole inhabitants of Eden for a short time, while the rest of mankind lived elsewhere.
