I've said this countless times but what would solve this stupidity whilst also moving toward actual gender equality would be for a 'male abortion' to be legally recognised. At the moment, if a women gets pregnant it doesn't matter at all what the fathers preferance is, it's up to her whether or not she takes it to term. This removes his right to a choice, and before someone says the 'BUT HE CHOSE TO HAVE SEX!!1" - go get laid, then note that (hopefully) so did the women.

A legal 'opt-out' for the father would mean that if he doesn't want a child, but the women does, then he can opt out of the pregnancy and give up all legal rights and responsibilities to the child whilst not impairing her choice to keep the baby. That means no chance of custody, no visitation rights, no child support etc. This would give complete gender equality as given the situation "two people had sex and pregnancy has occured" both can independantly choose whether or not they actually wish to have the child.

I understand some people are not comfortable with the idea of abortion but this idea works equally well in an adoption-at-birth case.

Okay, for all the fucking morons out there who think this is fair...

If I was a 35 year old man who seduced a 15 year old girl and got her pregnant, would I pay child support? No, I'd go to fucking jail for double digit years.

Fucking idiotic feminism lobbying bullshit.

Victims do have responsibilities, life isn't fair, get over it.

Besides statutory rape is very different from actual rape. That 15 year old made a conscious decision to sleep with that 34 year old and needs to accept responsibility for his actions.

The only effect of feminism related to this is how feminists always push to avoid responsibilities in similar situations.
User avatar #40 to #2 - deescalation ONLINE (09/21/2013) [-]
Don't bother reading this long as comment chain, traelos is fucking retarded and Teranin is right.

if that 15 year old was old enough to sleep with a 34 year old and accept responsibilities, guess what asshat, it wouldn't be called statutory rape, it would be called sex between two consenting adults. That's not what happened.

Victims are NEVER to be held accountable for actions perpetuated against them, and I can't believe that anyone would think that this would be excusable in a fucking RAPE charge of all things.

This is the equivalent of punching a man in the face, breaking your hand in the process, and then having him pay your medical bills. It's completely ass backwards and claiming that life isn't fair is far from a valid excuse to agree with the ruling

Reverse the genders and suddenly every feminist in the world gets a quiver in her pussy.

I don't understand why she's allowed to keep the child. It's evidence and should be treated as such: put it in a bag and file it away.

But if a man went and knocked up a 15 year old girl he would go to prison for 20 years
So fair.

This has fucking ZERO to do with feminism.

Posts like these make me exasperated and angry.

just so you know, the precedent for this legal ruling was pushed through by the feminist lobby's massive manipulation of child support laws to favor women to a degree so ridiculous that something like what is presented in the content can even happen.

So yes, it does have to do with feminism, although if you don't follow the activities of feminists it's understandable that you wouldn't know about that.

He was willing. The term rape makes it seem like she forced it, but he was willing. The only issue with liability I have with this is that the child could never afford it and the bill is passed to his parents. Other than that, reap what you sow.

Reverse the gender and see if the "she was willing" argument still works.

This reminds me of a similar case in illinois with the same outcome where in a 45 year old teacher raped and sodimized her 11.6 year old male student for 6 months when the boys parents found out. Feminists went to the court house with signs claiming basicaly that "he was asking for it or at least he knew what was comming" and that is wasn't rape and sodimy it was "a romantic relationship"-when the boys father heard this chant he yelled back "if you think a 40-50 year old raping and sodimizing a 10-12 is romantic you need serious fucking help !" at which they all started clucking the classic tune "muh patrarichy"

This is the 6th time I've seen this happen, and the feminist lobbys are completely to blame. Also did you know the feminists funded forced circumcision project in kenya has caused a 16% increase it the rate of aids and hiv infections in that country since it started cause like scientists told them circumcisions dont prevent aids or hiv .it's a cosmetic surgery only (it has no proven medical benifits, but does have many risks and negitive side effects including death or loss of the entire penis due to accident or infection of he wound) enough is enough we need to stand up and say no more feminists social engineering bullshit.

To everyone saying that it was consentual so isn't rape: In the US ad many other countries having sex with a minor is statutory rape whether the minor "consents" or not. In most states a minor can not legally consent (except to another minor, but this varies by state) and therefore having sex with them is illegal no matter what. The older woman was obviously aware of this but still decided to have sex with him, so whether or not he "consented" (which we can't know for sure) doesn't matter at all because at the time he could not legally consent to anyone.

U MAD BUTT-HURT CHAUVINIST PIGS?!!

That boy fucked that woman and didn't think of the consequences. If he didn't want to fuck her, he should have not gotten an erection even she forced him.

Men are the problem, women are the solution. Deal with it.
All you're really good for is to fuck once or twice and make babies (because let's face it, when it comes to pleasing a woman, you're all just jokes)

Excuse me ma'am i believe you dropped this.

Fuck this sexist double standard society. If a woman wants a baby and the man doesn't, man pays child support. If the woman doesn't want a baby and the man does, too fucking bad for the man. It isn't fair. If the man isn't ready for a child than don't force it upon him. The woman wants the baby, not the man, so she should raise it herself if she wants it so badly. Oh what's wrong? You can't afford it alone? Then don't fucking have it. Simple as that. Pro life? Put it up for adoption, no need to go against your religion like that. But if she was honestly that religious she wouldn't have fucked someone in the first place before marriage. If the woman wants the baby then it's her problem. Good luck with that. Don't force me to pay for the little shit if I don't want it. And while on the topic men should have a MUCH bigger say in abortion.

Let me tell you a little story about dangerous Idealoges , Once upon at time two parents had a son but they wanted a daughter ,suddenly a gender feminists doctor showed up and said "never fear gender is just a societal norm forced on children and boys and girls are exactly the same untill they are two years old" so the parents trusted the gender femintsts who took the child and castrated it and injected it with female hormones and tried to force the child to act like a girl and enforce female roles on the child for years ,but the child became more and more unstable and professed to be a boy and his body was wrong and refused to play with dolls ect. eventually on the childs 18th birthday the parents told him what they had done and the boy now a man went into a pit of madness and depression and on his 21 birthday bought a gun and shot himself in the head . The gender feminists claim it wold have worked if they had reached him before he was 2 1/2 and that this catstrophic failure means nothing becuase they believe . to this day their experiments have a 0.01% success rate. yet the still belive religiously they can change a man into a women because men and women are exactly the same.
the moral of the story is if a radical idolouge promises something that sounds too good to be true chances are it is not true. also don't fucking castrate you kids !!

Here ya go.
It's not because of feminism, it's because the justice system is totally fucked up.
