must be a trick room, the window disappeared and reappeared as a door on the left hand side.

the whole thing is on a board of some sort so thats not a door but a chunk of the bigger board they cut, if they did it on the actual wall its self they'd risk the whole building but instead they took measures to prevent the fire spreading and to contain damage into a general area, my guess is the board as well as the walls of the room and boards over important objects are coated in fire retardant paint or something, then the electrical wires disabled in the cieling and the vent blocked to prevent smoke spread and oxygen getting to the fire, then backed to a point where they could monitor the controlled flame and keep the room sealed at the same time, a flash fire that big would have taken all the oxygen outta the room in seconds thus snuffing it out, initially they used the cieling lights and window for building it for the light but think, if they didn't protect the building they could have, structural issues and so forth, plus the costs of replacing and repairing damages would be much more than getting these boards to protect most of the building, its not a trick room, just a person with the right help and resources to pull it off
