the first picture is taken at a different angle than the second one, but it is still one picture, not four seperate ones. at least I think. It's just a perfectly colour-seperated arrangement of ****

took me 2 minutes just to see what I was looking at, and then another 2 to figure it out

People sometimes put random lines and dots in images they repost so that using tineye won't come up with any results

So this guy puts a huge as ******* line in it instead of making 1 pixel grayer in the black bit?
User avatar #18 to #17 - dudeyouisnasty (09/14/2013) [-]
Whats dumb is tinyeye should still find the original, if im not mistaken.
User avatar #20 to #18 - epicalania (09/14/2013) [-]
Well if that's the case then it explains why he put such a big mark, would a bigger mark not make it harder for tinyeye to find the original?
He still should have at least put the mark somewhere not so 'intheway'.

No, Tinyeye has gotten pretty good at finding similar pictures. that green line might have stopped it before, but I dont think it will now. (I'm too lazy to try it)

He might have been able to change the saturation and hue, and that might have done it, I think tiny eye looks for matches in color and shapes.

While that is probably true (I dont really bother remembering stuff about these things since they never really bother me).
It should still follow the logic of 'the more different it is to the original the less likely it will be picked up' in which case the green line is still better than changing a few pixels.
I think that no matter what tinyeye shouldn't be needed.

Personally, I dont understand why he was trying to hide it in the first place. It seems kind of pointless to me. The only reason I have for using tiny eye is to find a bigger version of a picture, or finding the original source (as long as its not too common).

The first image is not equal to the second one. Look at the head of the lamp, it's alligned with the toolbox in picture one but there's a gap between the two in the second picture.

I don't remember the link but there's a video where it shows the entire process of piecing everything together to appear as if there are separate parts.

Yeah, most of the comments on the youtube page are related to the choice of music

They changed the angle. The first is straight on the second is slightly to the left.
