Cinderella married a prince and becomes a princess. Mulan is in no way royalty, nor does she marry royalty in either 2 movies. Technically, she is not a real princess.

The chieftain is basically the king of the village, and since Pocahontas (however the hell you spell it) is his daughter, she could technically be called royalty--although it's a bit of a stretch.
