It really says something about a guy if he needs to use his money to keep a girl.

It also says something about a girl if she stays simply because he pays for all her stuff.

Because if someone's relationship work a different way than you would want it to be, it's wrong.

So you're saying that it's alright if a relationship is based entirely on money and material possession instead of love, care and affection?

Where did "based on money" come from?

A relationship have millions of factors playing in, money may be a small or a big part of it and you have no idea which one this have.

Did you even read my comment at all? Fine, I'll quote myself even though it's literally inches above this...

"It really says something about a guy if he needs to use his MONEY to keep a girl.

It also says something about a girl if she stays simply because he PAYS for all her stuff."

Read.

That's a cheap trick, man. I read it and I understood it, my comment still stands, if I described my thoughts badly, that's my fault and you should just let me know that you don't find what I'm saying relevant.

I'm going to throw in a scenario, what if this couple don't think about money at all?

...If they don't think about money, then that's good. That was my point. I made that point in my very first comment.

Btw, your formulating may not always be as clear as you might think.

You seem way too confident that you're right, unfortunately that's very typical on the internet.

This is basic logic. Of course I'm going to be confident that I'm correct when I'm arguing basic logic.

If your girl is milking you for cash, the relationship is rotten.

Of course that's going to be true. It's like saying being punched in the face and robbed is bad. It's not hard to understand.

Stop exaggerating to your advantage. Everyone needs money, in a relationship there's a thousand ways you're both "using" each other. In my opinion, it just depends on how much from person to person.

I understand your point, but you seem to be a bit new to this debating thing so I'll just stop it here.

I think you're purposely trying to act like you don't understand.

I can't argue with someone who can't understand the concept of "Don't ******* abuse your partner".

Seriously. It's 1 + 1 stuff here, man. I can't argue with you anymore. You'll never understand.

Of course, for things like dinner, you're going to have to dish out some cash or if she moves in with you, you still have to get food, pay rent and all that.

And yes, you're correct. If she's only staying because the guy gets her clothes and stuff, that's when you've got yourself a gold-digger.

Who carries that much cash on them. I usually have 20-30$ when I have cash but normally I use my card. I don't take care of change and normally lose it.

Some people really like carrying cash on them.
I got into a heated argument with a few co-workers, it went something like this:

>be on senior boat trip my boss planned
>like 12 other seniors there
>go into main cabin of boat
>2 guys there
>one is cursing
>"WHERE DA **** IS MY WALLET?... Better make sure my money is dry"
>me: "You brought your wallet... On an all-expenses-paid boating trip... That's just stupid."
>him: "What man, you don't bring your wallet with you everywhere?"
>me: "Not when I know there's a chance it could get stolen or completely soaked."
>him: "Your stupid man..."
>me: "No, you're the idiot who brought cash on a boat."
>other co-workers join in
>3 others defending him
>"What, you don't have money on you? What are you, poor or some ****? ******* retard"
>me: "No, I can't get robbed of my money, and it doesn't matter if my debit card gets wet."
>2 guys jump in saying: "That's stupid, I always carry $300 cash on me." "Yeah, I always have $150 cash on me"

Long story short, I found out my idiotic co-workers carry all of their money in cash on them all the time.
If I wanted to rob them, I could and get a lot of money off of them.
And they tried to make it seem like I was the idiot.
It seems that most highschoolers never really mature. Even after graduating highschool.

Some cash, yes.
But on a trip where you know you're going to get wet... That's a different story.

Also most of them blatantly admitted to carrying $100++ in cash all the time.

As compared to a debit card, if it's stolen, just cancel the card. No harm done.
If your cash is stolen. Oh well. No way in getting that back.

In that context in might have been wise to leave their wallets somewhere safe.
You can't always trust in debit cards, they might not work. And not everywhere accept them.
