Nah. I'm an Electronics Associate in Walmart and I can explain how this works. Basically, when a customer shops online, they can select the option to Pick-up Today (or PuT for short). When this happens, a device we have will beep letting us know we have an order that needs to be picked off the shelf and placed in the back bins.

We take the item off the shelf, bin it in the back and confirm into our device (which we just call the PuT), it'll send a confirmation to the customer via e-mail or text, whichever the customer selected and then they can come into the store and pick up their order via Site-to-Store.
