That was when he was competing in power lifting and not bodybuilding.
Fat people tend to be the best gymbros and strongest powerlifters.
Lifting things up and putting them down is actually pretty fun.

Why not?
I went from being 130lbs at around 15% bf to around 155 10% bf.
Weight lifting is easier than cardio, burns more calories, and makes you look sexy.

Well when people say "I want to lose weight" they usually mean they want to lose fat.
No weight lifter wants to lose weight (unless on a cut) because then you can say bye to some of you're gains.
Weight lifting burns a **** ton of calories therefor losing a lot of a fat (faster than cardio).
Muscle weighs more but it looks waaaaay better than fat ever will.
If you're a femanon muscle still looks good. Pic very much related.

Good question, just started a new routine today actually.
I was originally going to do a 4 day split but decided on a 3 day strength routine instead because I could still use some work on strength. I go to a gym (only $10 a month for everything I need, except a squat rack, but I just use the one at school)
I also added some Isolation workouts.
Workout A
Squats 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Rows 5x5
Pulls ups 3xFail
Bicep curls 3x8
Calves 2x20

Workout B
Squats 5x5
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlifts 3x5 (1st set is warm up)
Dips 3xFail
Tricep Extensions 3x8
Cavles 2x20

Second this. I used to do cross country and do a lot of other cardio **** . I quit running and I just lift occasionally now. I feel a lot better about my weight and appearance. Spending what are supposed to be some of your most sexually active years looking like a holocaust survivor isn't that fun.
